  1. The "hospital" rooftop helicopter landing location is that of the Chicago Fire Departments Fire Training Center (Quinn Fire Academy)

  2. The Cook County General cafeteria at approx. 33:17 into the episode (Mark and Susan) is actually the Commissary at Warner Bros. Studios (4000 Warner Boulevard, Burbank, CA).

In the scene with Doug visiting Carol at approx. 43 minutes into the episode, the interiors of the row house where Carol lives (entry and stairway) are from Brownstone Street a.k.a. Ashley Boulevard at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, CA.
The brownstones used to be façades only, but they remodeled one of them in the early 1990’s; it has now a few practical interiors. If you are standing on Brownstone Street, facing the façades, it is the second house, counting from the left.

  3. That's a cool breakdown of ER locations! Chicago looks so vibrant. It reminds me a bit of the urban landscapes in the Sprunki game, all those detailed environments. Finding real-world spots mirrored in virtual worlds is always fun. I wonder if the developers of the Sprunki game were inspired by shows like ER. Maybe they'll even add a rooftop level similar to the helicopter landing site.

  4. Any idea where Dr. Greene’s house is located? Judging by the elevated train it might be on the north side along the Blue Line. Maybe Logan Square?
