The building at 3333 W Arthington was the Administration Building for Sears Roebuck before they moved to the tower downtown. You can see the lettering in stone over the triple door entrance. Look it at on Google street view.

Sears had a brand years ago called "Homart". It eas named after the intersection of Homart & Arthington.
Correction "Homan & Arthington".
Sad to see this old building in disrepair, it served as Sears Roebuck's home from 1905 until the retailer moved to the Sears Tower in 1973.
