At approximately 9 minutes into the episode, the hospital's helipad is actually the helipad on the Parking Structure / Costume Department (Building 153)at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank. The camera's POV when they leave the elevator is in eastern direction, and you can see WB's Bridge Building in the background. The reverse angle with the brick wall and the elevator door was a set wall put on the top level of the Parking Structure just for filming that scene.
