Madeline's Party Exterior looks like it is the other side of the building used for Stars Hollow High. I know it as The "Hazzard County Police Department" from "The Dukes Of Hazzard".

The brownstone used for Max's house looks similar to the brownstone exterior used in "Two of a Kind" with Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen.

this was also used also on pretty little liars on episode 4s3 when the lairs are entering Melissa's house. also the theater used is the one of the bangles' concert!
