  2. Fun fact: All the snow in the movie (except for some 2nd unit shots done before dialogue scenes were filmed)is completely faked. A freak warm spell a couple weeks before primary filming forced the special effects crew to have to create all the snow and slush, even the golf course and that whole neighborhood in Evanston.

  6. The parking garage Michael Cane and Nick Cage are on after Cane's first trip to Northwestern is the parking garage on the downtown northwestern campus near water tower mall & the interior of northwestern is actually UIC west campus.
